Stroke Fast Track: every second counts
ProKit Stroke Fast Track runs the acute stroke pathway on one standard: symptom, transport, arrival, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, ongoing care, then review and follow-up. Each step has an owner and a target time.
Teams see status in real time. Alerts fire when a stroke case starts or a target time is missed. A dashboard, KPI reports, and secure links between systems help cut time to treatment, raise the chance of survival, and reduce disability.

Symptom / call (0–5 min)
Suspected stroke: weakness, facial droop, slurred speech — public / EMS / triage nurse.

Transport and arrival (≤ 10 min)
Warn the hospital, prepare the team, screen at once, take vital signs, and activate Stroke Fast Track — EMS / ER nurses.

Assess, diagnose, plan (≤ 25–45 min)
NIHSS, labs, urgent CT brain, then the specialist confirms indications and the plan.

Start treatment (≤ 60 min)
IV tPA or prepare a transfer — physician / ER nurses.

Ongoing care and review
Watch in the Stroke Unit. Follow up at 3, 7, and 30 days. Analyse the pathway — Stroke Unit nurses / quality team.
